- In the competitive process of becoming a peer leader during my junior year, I was accepted upon my personality, experience and excellence. During the course of my senior year I am able to be a Peer Leader to incoming freshman. As a peer leader, I am able to help guide, support and befriend the younger class of 2022. Apart of this course, I were to attend hourly retreats to get prepared for guiding freshman orientation, and attend a 7:10 am class every Wednesday of my Senior year for preparation of our retreats once or twice a month. Our retreats are based upon getting to know the freshman, giving advice, and helping them throughout their first year in high school. So far, this experience has been amazing and I would love to have another leadership position like this in college.
- As a Leader of Future Medical Professionals Club, my job is to bring in different people that are in the Medical Field to come talk to students about their occupation. This club gives the students and I an idea about different types of Medical Professions and guidance to different paths they can take when entering. Also, apart of this group is to give back to local charities like cancer patients and much more by hosting fairs.
