2. End User Conduct
By using MyMozaic.com, you agree to this Agreement and make the following
commitments relating to End User Conduct on MyMozaic.com:
1. You will not provide any false personal information on MyMozaic.com
including, but not limited to, the use of a pseudonym or misrepresentation of
your current or previous accomplishments, positions and qualifications.
2. You will not create an account for anyone other than yourself without
permission.
3. You will not use MyMozaic.com if you are under 13.
4. You will not harass, intimidate or harm another person, including sending
unwelcome communications to others users of MyMozaic.com.
5. You will not post material that is abusive, discriminatory, hateful,
libelous, obscene, pornographic or unlawful on MyMozaic.com.
6. You will not imply or state, directly or indirectly, that you are affiliated
with or endorsed by MyMozaic.com unless you have entered into a written legal
agreement with Recruit Connect Inc..
7. You will not use manual or automated software, devices, scripts, robots,
other means or processes to access, "crawl", "scrape", or "spider" any web pages
or other services contained on MyMozaic.com.
8. You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of any part of this
Agreement.

3. DMCA Copyright Notice
Recruit Connect Inc. is committed to enforcing the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
(DMCA) (17 U.S.C. § 512) and other applicable copyright laws, and requires all
of its users to comply with these laws.
However, materials may be made available on MyMozaic.com by third parties which
are not within the control of Recruit Connect Inc.. It is our policy not to permit
materials known by us to be infringing to remain on this site.
If you believe your copyrighted material is being used on MyMozaic.com without
permission, please notify the designated agent via mail:

(e) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the
notification is correct and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the
owner of the exclusive right that is alleged to be infringed; (e) Your
electronic or physical signature.
As part of our initial response, we may remove the material from MyMozaic.com
that you claim constitutes copyright infringement. In which case we will
attempt, in good faith, to contact the person who submitted the material so that
pursuant to Sections 512(g) (2) and (3) of the DMCA, he/she can file a
counter-notice.
If you believe that a notice of copyright infringement has been improperly
submitted against you, please submit the counter-notice to the physical address
above or submit it via email

Please include the following information in the counter-notice:
(a) Identification of the material which was removed; (b) A statement under
penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that removal of the
material was a mistake or that the material was misidentified; (c) Your contact
information, including both an email address and telephone number; (d) A
statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for
judicial district in which your address is located; (e) Your physical or
electronic signature.

4. Monitoring
Recruit Connect Inc. has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of
MyMozaic.com to determine compliance with this Agreement and to satisfy any law,
regulation or authorized government request. Without limiting the foregoing,
MyMozaic.com has the right to remove any material that Recruit Connect Inc., in its sole
discretion, finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise
objectionable.
When you upload files to our site, we collect this content. Examples include
when you upload photos and videos.
When you access MyMozaic.com from a computer, mobile phone, or other device, we
collect information from that device including your Internet Service Provider,
IP Address, browser type, operating system, and mobile phone provider.
Finally, MyMozaic.com offers contact importer tools to help you find other
members and invite people to join the site. If you decide to use these tools,
MyMozaic.com will never store your password once you have finished uploading
information.

5. Recruit Connect
Our Recruit Connect technology allows certain members to pay Recruit Connect Inc. a fee
to be automatically connected to you when you sign up based on the information
you provide during the sign up process. You agree to enter these relationships
with these third parties and give these third parties the permission to contact you
directly. You also agree that your dealings with these third parties are solely the
responsibility of you and the third party. You agree that Recruit Connect Inc. will have no
liability with respect to any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of any
dealings between you and any third party who uses Recruit Connect.

6. Third Party Content
MyMozaic.com is a distributor of content supplied by third parties and
including, but not limited, to its members and advertisers. Any opinions,
advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed
or made available by third parties should not be construed as an endorsement by
MyMozaic.com.
Your dealings with advertisers or other third parties found on or accessible
through MyMozaic.com are solely between you and the third party. These dealings
include, but are not limited to, your participation in promotions, the payment
for and delivery of items if any, and any terms, conditions, warranties, or

risk and under no circumstances will Recruit Connect Inc. be liable for any loss or

REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT ACCESS TO THE WEB SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY,
SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS, IF ANY, WILL BE CORRECTED. MyMozaic.com
MAKES NO WARRANTIES AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF OUR
WEB SITE OR AS TO THE ACCURACY, QUALITY, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION
OBTAINED THROUGH OUR WEB SITE. MyMozaic.com AND ITS AFFILIATES ASSUME NO

THIRD PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY ON
YOU. THESE LIMITATIONS WILL APPLY WHETHER OR NOT MyMozaic.com HAS BEEN ADVISED
OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL
PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Recruit Connect Inc., its directors, officers,
employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all liability,
damages, losses, claims and expenses of any kind including attorney's fees,
directly or indirectly related to (1) The use of MyMozaic.com by its members (2)
Your breach of this Agreement; or (3) The content you submit, post, or transmit
on MyMozaic.com.

9. Termination
Either you or Recruit Connect Inc. may terminate this Agreement at any time.
Recruit Connect Inc. shall have the right to immediately terminate any passwords or
accounts in the event of any conduct which Recruit Connect Inc., in its sole discretion,
considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach of this Agreement.
The provisions of Sections 2, 6, 7 and this Section 8 shall survive termination
of this Agreement.

10. Disputes
This Agreement and the resolution of any dispute related to this Agreement or
the Web Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Ohio without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal
action or proceeding between Recruit Connect Inc. and you related to the Agreement shall
be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Cuyahoga
County, Ohio, United States, and you agree to submit to the personal and
exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
If anyone brings a claim against Recruit Connect Inc. related to your activity, conduct,
content or information on MyMozaic.com, you agree to indemnify and hold Recruit Connect Inc.
harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind
(including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim.

11. Modifications
Recruit Connect Inc. may make changes to our Terms of Service from time to time in its
sole discretion without liability. Whenever changes are made, this page will be
updated with these changes and will specify the effective date of said changes.
You agree that the continued use of MyMozaic.com following the posting of any
changes on this page constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
Accordingly, whenever you visit our site, you should check to see if any
modifications have been made to this page.
