Community Service
History
• Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) 2020. I advocate for a child in the juvenile dependence/justice system as for as long as they have an open case. My job is to be the eyes and ears for the court and the voice for the child and what is in their best interest.
• City Of Hope - Hope Cuts 1999-2019 Participated in annual local grassroots Haircutting and Raffles fundraisers to raise money to help people and their families fighting cancers.
• Childrens Fund- 2012-2018 I have organized pack pack drives, halloween costumes drives, toy drives and prom dress drives in my salon, where we collected the above new and gently used items for children in need.
• Warm coat drive 2005-2019 I collected and delivered gently used coats and new socks to people living on the streets.
• Taking It To The Streets summer 2015- made and delivered free lunches and donated toiletries to street kids living in Golden Gate Park.
