I completed all my schooling from elementary to high school in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) My high school's name was Sunrise English Private School. I have held the positions of the president of the Speech Team, the Reading Club, The Dance Club and Vice-President of the Environmental Club during high school. I joined the College of Lake County (CLC) after my family and I migrated to the U.S.A in 2017. I have obtained my Associates Degree in Arts from there. I am majoring in Political Science and wish to get my bachelor's degree in it from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). I am looking to get into a Law School after that.

I am always willing to learn more. I did not have that option when I was in the UAE. Over there, there was a fixed frame on what you could do. I am glad I came to the USA, which widened my horizon of academics way more than I imagined.

• Won an essay writing competition in 2015 for "If I could Invent anything" Essay.
• •Won the National Level of Maars Spelling Bee in 2014
• Awarded Environmental Ambassador for my high school three times in a row.
• Won 1st at a Poetry Slam Competition held at my Community Collge.

Additional Info
I absolutely love anything that has to do with literature, reading, writing and speaking. I gladly take part in local and school competitions that involve any of the above. I also love dancing. I am more experienced in the Bollywood style of dancing and Indian Classical dances. I also love to write and direct plays. I have acted in and directed three plays in my church in the USA and couple of them in the UAE.
Additional Info
I don't do a lot of sports. Although, I do enjoy watching sports. Cricket is my favorite. The only sport that I have any interest in playing is badminton and I go for badminton tournaments held by my church.
