• I currently own a fully vegan restaurant in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I opened the restaurant in November of 2018 and we are thriving and constantly growing!
• Prior to opening my restaurant, I worked an internship with my county's public defender's office. I was the misdemeanor court liaison.
• After graduating high school, I enlisted in the army as an air traffic controller. I am currently an active member of the Indiana Army National Guard where I am the facility chief of the TAIS (tactical airspace integration system) section.

My restaurant donates 100% of the cash tips collected in our tip jar to Kanda Farm Sanctuary. Monetary donations are the best way to benefit and serve a growing sanctuary such as Kanda.
