Additional Info If it is an art I do it other than plan an instrument. I never pursued arts in my education because my mom made it very clear that art was not a way to make a living. But art and nature art my therapy. Art and nature are my healing and my release of stress from the demands of the world.

Additional Info I am an insulin-dependent diabetic of 25 years, I suffer chronic pain because of non-compliance as a teen. I do yoga, eat healthily, hike with my family regularly, and drink a lot of water to reduce my pain, and to keep healthy for my mind, body, daughter, and planet.

History I have volunteered with the Coalition of Compassion and Justice designing sleeper-pods for homeless. I have worked with Horses with Heart as a side walker and I redesigned their tri-fold information pamphlet. I attend Citizens Academy every few years or so. I constantly pick up litter on hikes with my family.
