Basketball and softball have taught me lifelong lessons in being a team player, respect, determination, resiliency, and being a good person on and off the field. I plan to continue my softball career in college while pursuing a degree in criminal justice. I hope to one-day work with youth and be able to impact their lives in a positive way.

• 6/2017 F.L.Y. (Feed Lunches to Youth). I volunteered to help serve sack lunches to our youth. FLY aims to spread the message of Jesus Christ and the joy of providing and giving to children.

• 5/2016, 5/2017, 5/2018 and 5/2019 One Day in May is a day where high school students are sent out into our community to do service work for an entire school day. Students work at dozens of locations including nursing homes, churches, school grounds, parks and nature centers, and other organizations.
• 10/2016 – 1/2017 I volunteered for a semester in a 7th grade math class. I assisted the teacher in answering questions and helping students through their daily math lessons.
