• Our High School band was selected to participate in the 70th anniversary of D-Day in Normandy France, to honor our veterans and those who died there.

Ive helped out in my local community and Also in 4-H. I feel all of this has helped me become a better person in my community, and the lessons I have learned will help me make the most of my college experience. I also wanted to explain that my freshmen year in High School I received a concussion playing at one of my schools soccer games, And missed about 4 weeks of school , my grades went down from that year and the following year I had mono and was sick about a month and missed a lot of school at that time also.I've slowly been able to bring my GPA up but not where I would like it to be.
