Education History
I graduated with my high school diploma from Hempstead High School in Dubuque, Iowa. I am currently majoring in Industrial Technology Management with an emphasis in Manufacturing Technology Management and with a double minor in Drafting and Product Development and Industrial Control Systems Technology.
Awards
Even though I do not have any awards that were awarded to me, I would say a personal achievement of mine is being the first person on my mothers side of the family and one of the few on my fathers side of the family to go to college. It is rewarding knowing that I can make a difference for my future and be a first generation college student within my intermediate family, since neither my mother or father have more than a high school diploma.

Being able to complete my four year degree here at the University of Wisconsin - Platteville means the world to not only myself, but my parents as well. I want to also be able to set a good example for my younger brother and sister, and I hope I can motivate them enough to not only follow the path I have chosen to take in life, but accomplish more than I ever could in life.

Once I got to college, I did not take my overall health and fitness as seriously as I wanted to. After a couple years of taking time off from the gym, I decided it was time to get into better shape. Not only did I manage to drop my freshman 15 and an additional 5 pounds, I also was able to PR in my bench, squat, and deadlift. On top of that I also am in a semi-professional baseball team I play on during the summer months back home.

Employment History
Since I was 16, I have worked in retail and the restaurant business as a server, busboy, food runner, and delivery driver. I also have a summers experience after high school working as a machine operator at a local manufacturing company in Dubuque, Iowa.

I also had a coop lined up to be a manufacturing engineer at Kohler Co. in Kohler, Wisconsin, but it got cancelled for this summer due to the COVID pandemic.
