Education History
Over the course of my high school career, I've become a much more responsible and driven individual. I've devoted a lot of my time to my education, and have challenged myself with heavy course loads consisting of honors and AP classes. I've maintained an unweighted 3.93 GPA and a weighted 4.34 GPA over the course of three years. I also was accepted in my school's national honor society in recognizance for my academic achievement. For my mental health, I've always kept one elective open for the arts as a creative outlet. In 7th and 8th grade, I was enrolled in art class with an amazing teacher who let me explore myself creatively with no limits. He saw great talent in me, and helped uncover my creative potential. My biggest regret in high school is not continuing with art. Instead, I've explored another passion in my new elective called Lions United, which is a class where I help kids with disabilities in a school environment. It's very rewarding and has changed me into a more patient and selfless individual. Overall, I've found more interest in my electives rather than my actual academic courses, and hope to major in something that allows me to do what I love which is being creative, as well as entertaining and helping others.
Awards
• In 8th grade, I won my county's art competition, in which I submitted a piece that I created in my art classroom.
• I've won numerous soccer medals over the course of ten years in my club and school teams.
• I've won awards for my academic achievement and high honor roll.
Additional Info
My life is pretty stressful and busy during the school year, given that I spend most of my time studying or on the soccer field. I try to invest a lot of my time into extracurricular activities outside of soccer as well, such as with the Lions United program, academic clubs, Yearbook, singing, and my church. My home life is stable although it hasn't always been, and is just me and my mother. We are very close and have been through a lot of turmoil together over the years over family drama. I continue to work on myself everyday and am excited for what's in store for me.

I love to draw in my free time and have several drawings lying around my house. Ever since I was a kid I've also kept a book with me where all my drawings are of my cartoon family. It's one of my talents and I hope to do something with it in my future profession.

• In 8th grade, I won an award as the most valuable defender.
• I was chosen to be captain for the JV soccer team 10th grade.
• I will be a captain for the Varsity soccer team in 12th grade.
• I have several medals in my room from tournaments with my club teams.

I've spent over 7 years on the soccer field, though it is not something I want to continue with professionally in college. It's more of a hobby, and I do it for the social aspects and the exercise. However, I am interested in maybe trying out for my college's club team in college just for fun.
History
I've given a lot to my community for the past 7 years. I've actively gotten involved in many service opportunities provided by my church. We've helped out with various organizations, and have traveled to many places to give our service. I've also helped out at a couple of camps over the years such as the one I'm volunteering at now where I help kids with disabilities at my local community college. I've also helped out sporadically at different events that come up, and love watching how I can make a difference.

At the moment, I'm trying to get involved with my local theater so I can help create scenic design.
