• I am in 3 clubs at my school: Education in Action, Girls in Computer Science, and Key Club.
• For Education in Action, I tutored at the local library every Friday for an hour. During the pandemic, I helped organize online tutoring sessions via Zoom and continued tutoring online.
• I joined Girls in Computer Science in my junior year and became Vice President in my senior year. We hold events, including workshops and hackathons, for elementary and middle school students. Over summer, I dedicated 3 hours for 2 weeks to help teach Python to students from all over the world.
• Key Club gave me the opportunity to give back to the community. I participated in fundraisers, elementary school dances/festivals, and food drives. We've also made cards for hospital patients and thank you cards for my school's janitorial staff. One of my favorite activities was volunteering at the food bank where I helped make hundreds of food packages.

I am currently in the process of co-finding a non-profit organization that would provide free coding lessons to encourage girls to pursue a career in STEM. To learn how, we took a non-profit class over the summer. We are building our website while we wait for our organization to get approved.
