Additional Info
I am a married young man with a beautiful wife from Japan. In order to fully bridge the gap between our language and culture barriers, I began rigorous studies in the Japanese language since we met. I plan to take the Japanese Language Proficiency Test when I have sufficiently studied, which requires learning over 2,000 Japanese characters and 10,000 vocabulary words.
I have been an aspiring author since the age of 12, and am currently in the middle of writing a novel. I hope to inspire people with my fictional writing, as the characters in my stories portray archetypes relatable to readers. Therefore I have been juggling writing and studying Japanese alongside my schoolwork.
Additional Info
I played the viola for five years in middle and high school. I performed at several concerts throughout this time. In high school I studied guitar and keyboard. In my personal time I began collecting and playing ocarinas, a unique Italian wind instrument.

I have been going to a mixed martial arts program led by the pastor of my church, who teaches us Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well as Muay Thai.
Employment History
I have worked for various companies in the Poconos region. I have worked as a custodian for both the St. Luke's in Stroudsburg, and St. Luke's MRI Imaging in East Stroudsburg. I spent over a year working as a barista for a Starbucks in Great Wolf in Scotrun and as a dishwasher in Red Lobster in Stroudsburg.
Community Service
History
• Most of my community service has been tied to church related activities, in which I have helped prepare the church for major events, such as weddings and ceremonies. This involved cleaning, preparing food, and decorating.
• In 2015 I embarked on a trip to Peru with the group Generation Peace Academy in order to help the communities in that country. This involved service work such as donating fruit to a nursing home and building a flight of steps alongside a hill inhabited by villagers. These stairs helped give the local footholds whenever they needed to descended the hill.
• I also donated some time to helping a soup kitchen in New Jersey during Thanksgiving Day.
